I actually agree with you. I also think we are overmedicating our children. When Jeanine and I were in the Foster care system, ADHD was a big diagnosis, but I found that changing one's environment had a big effect. Raeann as a child would stay in her room and kick the door for hours, and then after awhile (a few years) when she figured out we weren't going to leave her like everyone else did in her life, she stopped.
